Turning a page into an external hyperlink

  • Here is my website:

    The page links such as “Forum” and “Gallery” I want to go to external pages like for example “www.eddx.com/gallery” rather than “eddx.com/home/?page_id=12”

    I also want the forum hyperlink to load in a new window – I have seen this on quite a few blogs but I have no idea how to do it, I looked through the WP wiki for about 3 hours and nothing seemed to relate to doing this.

    I know it is simple so PLEASE help me!
