Cant Find the Add Theme Button

  • I am a total beginner on WP. Just used my hosting company tool to automatically add a wp blog and it seems to work fine. The only problem is that there is only one theme built in and if I go to the appearance and themes section there is no “add theme” button anywhere.

    Can anyone help ?
