[Plugin: ImageMagick Engine] PDF Cover page thumbnail generation

Great plugin – thank you.
Seeing as it seems so easy it would be wonderful to extend this plugin to produce preview thumbnails for uploaded PDFs. How to do that I don’t know. But just in case you were considering it here is the command line necessary.
