  • Hi, usually that points to a CSS issue. Either the stylesheet is not loading or there are conflicting rules.

I see on your site you have the plugin disabled again so I cannot tell you what is actually going wrong. Except the fact that you seem to be loading the jquery library twice. once in the header and once (from google cdn) in the footer.

    Thanks for looking.

I re-activated the plugin and leave as is for the rest of the day.

Your server seems to run into an internal server error on the stylesheet request. See https://blog.applemooninteriors.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/easy-fancybox/easy-fancybox.css.php?ver=1.3.4

Do you have access to error logs on your server or hosting account? If so, can you find the related error and tell me what it says?

    Hi

I set up the test site using 1and1 WordPress Click-n-Build application. However I have managed to install some plugins. Not sure if I have access to error logs 1and1 are not very helpful.

I just spotted this in the small print…
For security reasons, the following changes and modifications are not possible in Click-n-Build applications:
Installation of new templates, new plugins, new modules, new components, or new language packages.
Insertion of custom source code (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP) in preinstalled templates or other places in Click-n-Build applications.

    Hi

Have moved wordpress away from instant 1and1 set-up and plugin works.

    Thanks for your help

    Mike
