Locked out of the back end

  • I just downloaded the visual form builder and when I hit “activate” It locked up the backend. How do I fix it? Any help is much appreciated….please note that I am an amateur at this stuff!
    This is the error code i Am getting

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content\plugins\visual-form-builder folder.

    Esmi thanks for your note.
    The problem is that this error code pops up before my admin panel can even open so I dont know how to dig my way in and delete it.
    Any suggestions?

    Please re-read my suggestion above. You do not need to log into to your WP site to do this.

    I think I get it…..its a little beyond me and I have never accessed the site this way. But I will try to figure it out.
