    here is just my option as a viewer.

    1) get rid of the background! takes away from the professionalism of the site.
    2) Provide some INFORMATION!! I only looked at one of yoru article, but it was very very short. if people are searching for information, they are not going to be able to find it in four sentence. What ever you are trying to prove / provide, DO SO!
    3) be sure to SEO your blog.

    Yes, information, no doubt on top of my list is some good quality pillar content.
    I think the SEO part it taken care of.
