Footer Problem

  • Hi, I just notice in my footer there is a spam link. If you go to my site:
    childrensfitness.info

    Let the page load. Once it loads, give it a few more seconds, and the footer will expand, and in tiny print, there is an spam ad. I never noticed this before. I changed my password, but can someone tell me how to remove this ad?

    I went to footer.php and did not see it there, but it is on my page. Please help.

    Just an FYI…I started going through the footer.php and found the line:

    <?php wp_foots(); ?>

    I am not sure what this is, as it did not look like it should be there.

    So, I removed it. When removed, the spam was gone, and the page still loaded properly.

    Was it okay to remove this line….is it important?

    That’s not a core template tag, so you should be OK.
