Graphene "run error"

    Hi!
    I tryed to run Graphene theme with microsoft Webmatrix (index.php > run)
    but I obtained an “error HTTP 500.0 – Internal Server Error”.
    I can’t understand because if I try to create any other WordPress site it Works!!!
    Please anyone can help me? thanks
