    1. Yes, in version 3.0 of geo-redirect plugin you can redirect your visitors only from the homepage. Try to switch on the checkbox named “Redirect only visitors of the site’s root“.

    2. No. In this case the language settings should be set in cookies and such functionality may be provided by your language plugin. All you need is GeoIP database to detect client location and set up specific cookie.
