[Plugin: WP E-Commerce Shipping (Country, cart amounts)] Shipping amount showing up as $0.00 in cart

Not sure why, but I can’t get this to work at all. I have it as the only shipping option checked in the admin, but every time I add something to the cart, it just gives me $0.00 as the shipping total.
