How to make a title and tags default

Hi,

Can i ask which function do i need to change so that when i click “add new” post, there is a default title and default tags that is loaded at the same time?

For example, the default title is “This is the post title”, the default tags are “tag 1, tag 2, tag 3”. Then what should i change so that when i click onto the “add new”, then the title is already in the title box, the tags is in the tag box (so i only have to click “add” button to add the tags)

This is a part of my work to create a dictionary like website.

So, is this possible to achieve?
