[Plugin: Content Scheduler] Meta Box Not Appearing

Hi,

This looks like a great plugin – and just what I need, but the actual meta box does not appear on the post creation or edit page. The Expires At: column appears with (Expiration Disabled) when I view the list, so something is working. I’ve checked under the screen options area, and deactivated/reactivated the plugin a few times.

Any ideas?
