Plugin for SEO to automatically set Title, Description and keywords

not a plugin, but maybe something to start with:

this code would add an extra input field below the post/page editor;
if left empty, it would automatically grab the post/page excerpt;

could be expanded to include meta keywords, and/or meta title.

So for the title I would have
#Post Name# at My Blog
Description
Free information at #Post Name# at My Blog where you can access it all
keywords
#Post Name#

even simpler – this should be possible with a few lines of code in header.php

beforehand, you also need to define what you want to show for the front page, for archives, search results, etc.
