• While upgrading got this error:
Script execution halted: Call to undefined function is_rtl() — 1

Now, get it when I try to login. But site works fine, just the admin side affected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • disable all plugins and then enable one plugin at a time check whether the issue still persist.
Follow the above step for each plugin…
most of the time plugins create issue when you upgrade wordpress.

If all plugins are working fine then try tp switch default theme Twenty Eleven and check it again

I’m not able to login to the admin area. I tried disabling plugins through database, but not sure if it worked. Still getting that error.

I figured it out by disabling plugins through ftp. All works now. Thanks.
