[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Google Not updating my Title or site description when using this?

i have the yoast plugin installed and have updated the homepage title and description via the homepages plugin optiions but google simply lists it as ‘untitled’
Try googling ‘Bertie and Belle’
Am i being thick or???? any help would be great
