Fatal error: Allowed memory size of … bytes exhausted – help?

  • Hello all!

    I get this fatal error when I try to activate some plugins:

    bytes exhausted

    I get it on different versions of WordPress – 3.3, 3.2.1 and older…

    I have read (almost) all topics related to my problem and all they say the same – to raise memory on the server. Right now my memory_limit is set to 128MB and I still get the same error.

    Any ideas and suggestions are really appreciated!
