File upload error after upgrading OS on macbook

  • Hello, I’m experiencing problems uploading JPGs after an OS upgrade on my mac. This is the error message I’m getting, below:

    “has failed to upload due to an error
    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial.”

    I have just discovered it works if you switch to the browser uploader, but can anyone shed any light on why the usual uploading isn’t working? Any basic instructions would be much appreciated.

  • Hi thebeautyhaul, I’ve been searching the web and there are quite a few users that have reported a similar error message as yourself.

    I was going to suggest that it may be an issue with file permissions, but if it works with the browser uploader, then that really doesn’t make any sense.

    How large is the image that you’re uploading?

    Does it work with the drag & drop uploader?

    The flash one was always janky for me.
