Integrating WordPress Blog

    I own the website https://www.impossiblebottle.co.uk and am trying to integrate a WP blog. I have very little HTML or CSS knowledge, but am a quick learner and decided to follow this tutorial.

    All was going well until this step, when I was asked to save my site’s header, menu and footer files to my new theme folder.

    I can’t seem to find these as separate files though when I connect through FTP – I suspect they are all mashed into one HTML file. If this is the case, how do I split off the header, menu and footer sections?
