Word Press Post Functions Not Working

  • Hello,

    I noticed a change in wordpress that three key functions are not working suddenly since the update.

    * Permalink Edit Button is not allowing me to change titles.

    * Insert Edit Link in the post editor is not allowing me to set the link to open another page or window, and not opening up at all.

    * I can not create tags for my posts

    * VISUAL / HTML tab will not open to edit posts in html

    These are the sudden issues that have occurred recently. I’m not sure if it could be a plug-in that is causing this due to the recent update. Please look into this for me and advise.

    P.S. Would this Solve the issue I am experiencing? If I download again the installation and upload wp-admin and wp-includes would that work?

    ?Check if your theme is compatible with WP 3.3. To check, you may try switching to the default theme (twentyeleven) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

    -Ipstenu has put togather an extensive 3.3 troubleshooting guide. Please review it as well.

    I tried that but it seems not to work. I have additional wordpress sites that I have not updated to 3.3 and they are experiencing the same issues as the site I upgraded to 3.3

    So I am looking for another solution if anyone knows how to resolve this that have experienced this problem before.
