Even admin is ERROR 404 – PAGE NOT FOUND, cant get in?

I\’m very new to wordpress, and when I tried to change something in \”settings\”, the two email adresses there (vague, I know), to see if I changed it to only my domain name instead of the /myblog addition, I\’ve been blocked out of everything, all pages, it seems.. Is there any way to fix it without me having to reinstall and lose all the code?

My site is tkselsvold.com, but I had started working on tkselsvold.com/myblog..
