• I’m not sure what happened to the admin area of this site. It’s one of a couple on this account and the only one where this happened. It happened a couple versions ago and, since I don’t update the site often, thought it would go away after an upgrade, or two.

Here’s a link to a screen capture of what the admin looks like.

It appears that none of the admin styling is happening. I’ve deleted all files but the wp-content and uploaded everything again. I’ve reinstalled the last couple versions. Nothing.
The site itself runs fine without a glitch. It’s only in the admin.

Is there anyone that has this problem or an answer on how to fix it?
    Thanks.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Did all that. Still the same.
When I activated Twenty Eleven it didn’t have any styling, nor did my theme, until I reactivated the plugins.
    Any other thoughts?
    thanks.
