[Plugin: Ultimate Taxonomy Manager] Permalink regeneration

Hi,

I’d like to tell you that you plugin regenerate permalinks each time a page is displayed. It generates some bugs and it kills performances. You should run the regeneration function only when the generate_rewrite_rules hook is called.
