Drjag.net not loading since installed WP 3.3

  • Hello All,

    I am using wordpress for last 4 months. I have 2 sites running on WP 3.2.1, but today I downloaded WP 3.3 and uploaded all the files on one of my subdomains https://asthama.drjag.net, since uploading files of WP 3.3 my site is down and I am not able to login to the control panel of site and even can not access files through FTP client. I do not know where my site is not loading now and I want your help in this regard.

    Kindly help me resolve the issue.

  • Hi There,

    upgrading should not affect the ftp server i would recommened contacting you hosting support rather than the forum as i think they will be much more helpfull.

    Did you upgrade through the admin backend or upload the files yourself ?

    At a guess i am thinking that you may have uploaded the files into the wrong directory and somehow changed your server configuration.

    I think its deffinatly worth having a chat to your hosting support
