Where is the header?

Check that you haven’t disabled it in your profile.

Yeah its enabled, I even tried disabling it ten enabling it but still no results when Im on the main site.

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Nothing appears to be working…

You aren’t running Twenty eleven at the moment. You also seem to be using quite a few plugins.
