"Broken Theme"?

I am using godaddy and I bought a premium wordpress theme. There was no designer listed, but the template demo read “SINX” at the top (it was listed as #3294, as well). I downloaded and unzipped it, but in my WP themes/appearances section, it says that the “stylesheet is missing” and that it’s a “broken theme”. Any help?
