Javascript popovers for links on signle post

Im using this bootstrap toolkit from twitter
https://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/javascript.html#Popovers

I need to add rel=”popover” to the links on single posts for the popovers to work.
I think this requires a function.

Any ideas how I can do this?
