[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] internet explorer css display default style

the default styles for the forms don’t work properly in internet explorer – it ends up dumping the form elements in a mess on the page.

obviously i can write some custom styles that actually work for IE, but it would be nice if the default stuff that came with the plugin actually worked as advertised.
