[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Custom From Email

    Hi,

    I use a support desk and want people to send the email from a contact form to the support desk. The problem I am having is that the email comes from the address associated with WordPress rather than the email address entered by the user.

    This means that the support desk tries to reply my WordPress email instead of the user. Is it possible to have it set so that the From email is the users when it gets sent rather than the WordPress email?

    Setting Up Mail

    Simply put the mail tag of the user’s email to the From field.

    Thanks, I have just found that the problem was Simple Press Forum controlling the emails for the site so even with that tag it wasn’t working.

    Turned off Simple Press Email control and everything is working a treat.
