Can't upload images after upgrading to 3.3

  • I can’t upload images to my wordpress site after upgrading. I have tried the following:

    Disabled and re-enabled all plugins.
    Tried with different theme.
    Changed file permissions of upload folders.

    The upload progress bar goes up fast but the image doesn’t actually upload to the server.

    I have tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome.

    Appreciate any help.
