To those who recently switched over from wordpress.com

How long did it take until search engines preferred your new site? I went from .wordpress.com to https://chicagorants.com/ about a month ago and a google search of ‘Chicago Rants’ still turns up my wordpress.com site. I have a redirect up so its not a huge problem. And I’m doing everything else right

From your experiences, how long did it take to you be up in the search engines? I’m beginning to think my www.ads-software.com theme Custom Community is not that great for SEO… ??
