Difficult custom menu question

  • This is a horrible question (so bear with me) hence the hours I’ve spent trying to re-word my searches and find the right solution.

    Does WordPress have the ability to create a different top menu per webpage?

    For example: I create a page to do with video games and all the top menu items are video game related.

    But then I navigate to my page about blu-rays and there the top menu changes to show blu-ray menu options.

    And further still with other subjects. Let’s say for arguments sake that I want a lot of different top menus; all on different pages. How easy is this to achieve?
