[Plugin: WP to Twitter] not tweeting #title#: the title of your blog post

all uptodate and the plugin has stopped tweeting the post titel to twitter.
i have the post setting ticked and set to:
News Flash – #title# – To Learn More Visit #url#but on twitter it is showing
News Flash – – To Learn More Visit https://www.myurl.co.uk/2012/01/11/mypost/?utm_cam
as if the title is not being posted
