Activated Asbolute Privacy Plugin Not Working

Hi and thank you to those of you who respond, as I am new to WordPress and stuck. I am operating it with ProPhoto and actived the plugin Absolute Privacy. However, it is not showing up on my blog’s homepage and I am not sure of where to go to make changes. Any thoughts?
