[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] "GET the image" not working Self Hosted CDN

I am using W3 total cache service for self hosting CDN. I got error in while using in plugin “GET the Image” which is essential for my theme. CDN using shows the Blank feature portion but new posts work on it.
