[Plugin: SP Courseware] Bibliography and Schedule Pages Blank

All was working fine under 3.3.1 and the SP Courseware Plugin.
Imported bib entries from Zotero largely fine. All displayed correctly. Pages were created automatically and displayed the bib entries properly.
I disabled comments and trackbacks, updated and when I viewed the page subsequently. It is devoid of entires. All other aspects of the page show up…widgets, social media tags, etc. In the HTML, <div id=”spbibliography”></div> is showing up, but even after I re-enable comments and trackbacks, and update the entries still don’t show up. I am really scratching my head on this one. I can’t seem to get the Bibliography page to show the Bibliography entries no matter what I do. Is my only course of action to delete the SP Courseware plug-in and start from scratch?
