IE 7 to IE 8 page layout issues.

I was hoping someone might be able to help me. We have a few folks that would like to utilize our website, but unfortunately, they are tied to IE7. The website is https://www.sciencetrax.com/studytrax If you could provide me any suggestions as to why the content in the page is jumping to the bottom of the screen in IE7, I would be forever grateful! I was looking up some CSS differences between IE7 and IE8, and it appeared to me to be some kind of outdated focus issue? I can’t tell.
