[Plugin: Facebook Comments for WordPress] Problem with Compatibility Mode

On everything I’ve used this plugin for (which is great) I now have a yellow message warning me about Compatibility Mode.

Warning: this comments plugin is operating in compatibility mode, but has no posts yet. Consider specifying an explicit ‘href’ as suggested in the comments plugin documentation to take advantage of all plugin features.

It still works but I would much prefer my users not to see this. Is there a reason for this as I’ve make sure all the urls are correct via facebook apps but there is no place for it is on plugin in wordpress.

I am also worried that it might deter people from commenting? which is odd as it only shows on comment areas that have no comments on it, if someone posts a comment it disappears.
