Need "follow blog email" plugin that send Link

  • Hi,

    Can someone please suggest a “Follow blog through email” plugin that does not send the entire post, but rather a link to the post?

    I have searched and tried to find my own but it is very hard to do and I haven’t found a plugin that describes what it sends to readers exactly.

    please help!

    I instead went to Twenty Eleven Theme: Settings–Reading

    then where it said the following below I selected Summary.. hopefully this works.

    For each article in a feed, show

    Full text
    Summary
