You ‘ll have to go to your hosting account provider (Go Daddy, Blue Host, ect,) and log in to access your server and wp installation folder, then you’ll have to delete the seo plugin folder.

Log in via FTP and delete the All in One SEO folder within your plugins folder.

OK it looks like Arias web hosting is having problems all my older websites are working but the two new ones are NOT. anyone hear of problems Arias is having I can not access their website. Glad to hear it may not be my screwup.
