[HELP NEEDED] Cannon get to my website account

Hello folks,
I have just re-installed the system to Windows 7 now cannot get to admin panel of my wordpress account https://www.dylikowski.comI got to: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php
But the problem is, I forgot what the login and password is….and which email was used:-(
Is there any way for folks from WordPress to at least tell me with which email address is https://www.dylikowski.com associated? This way I can reset the password.
