Use a category URL that was previously used

  • I tried to change General category name and URL to newcategory (as will look my site.com/newcategory/%post%) that seems not to work as nothing changed.

    So I make a new category named Newcategory but I can’t use URL newcategory as “it’s been already used”.

    I’m not a good at this so I don’t know how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!
