Fix Flash Upload "IO Error"

few days back our bloggers at work had trouble uploading multiple files with flash uploader.

After some error diagnoses, found the cause to be Flash version mismatch .
Once we did an Upgrade from 3.2.1 to 3.3.1, the problem was gone.

Bottom line, keep WP up to date !
