how to create 100 almost identical pages

  • Dear readers of this
    I am facing the following challenges
    1) I am a WordPress newbie
    2) I want to use a form in the backend to enter information, such as
    Author, Title, Abstract, conference track, Session Time etc. for about 100 conference presentations
    Having done this is the backend (admin part of WP) I want to present all this information as 100 pages with detailed information in the frontend, viewable to everybody
    I want to create index pages for tracks, sessions and speakers
    I want to have Speakers, Sessions and Tracks presented in one big matrix (table) with live links to the detailed pages

    Any advice that can help me along shall be much appreciated
