ISP has blocked my Port 80 now my Dashboard is almost unusable

My ISP has blocked Port 80 so now getting in to the dashboard takes 5 minutes plus.

In Settings -> General could I reset the port for WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL)? e.g. https://mydomainname.com with https://mydomianname.com:8080 or the IP address e.g https://999.999.999.999:8080
