Since Update WordPress is Super Slow

Has anyone else noticed that since the recent wordpress update that the site is running ridiculously slow? Mine is constantly “thinking.” Sometimes it takes over a minute to get the window to open to upload a picture. I’m using chrome but it seems to be doing it on explorer and firefox as well.
