Unable to Install aweber web form on my home page

Hi I am unable to install the aweber web form where I would like to on my home page.

I am using Nova theme version 1.9 from elegant themes. I place the Javascript snippet between the body tags but I don’t seem to have any real ability to move it where I want to on the home page.
Any thoughts, ideas?
