getting internal server error

I run popculturemajor.com and I’ve been getting 500 internal server errors today. I contacted my hosting company who told me they were getting this error and I should contact wordpress. They said it might have something to do with an update but I’m not sure what’s causing it. Please help, this is the message I’m getting:
