Need WordPress Plugin To Pull In Whole News Story For Newspaper

    I think I solved my own problem.

    I learned that any of those feed readers I listed above will work fine as long as I use a “Full Content” feed that includes the headline and news story.

    Which one did you settle on? I’m testing feedwordpress right now and it won’t pull in images for feeds. Also, it only pulls in excerpts rather than full stories, even when the source is a full content feed. I actually only want it to pull an excerpt but I would like it to pull the images which can can then be embedded into the post.

    I am looking for the same thing. Except I want to use Google News or BlogSearch feeds to syndicate full content.

    BTW: You have to change the options of the FeedWordpress to point to local copy on website otherwise all your title links will point to the source copy.

    Maybe someone wants to go in on the cost of getting someone to build a tweak for FeedWordPress to do this. That would make this plugin GREAT!
