wp-customer-reviews not using my default layout

Here’s the link to my site:

The trouble is that when you click the “show feedback” button to get to the wp-customer-reviews page, this page won’t follow all of the other pages and use the same layout all of the other pages use.

How do I fix this? Thanks –MD
