[Plugin: ThemeFuse Maintenance Mode] Comment button not working

I am running the latest Themefuse “Coming Soon” plugin on the latest WordPress 3.3.1 and somehow the Themefuse comment button is not working. I tried it using Chrome 17.0.963.46 beta and Firefox 9.0.1 on my Mac and I do not seem to get an opportunity to add slash leave a comment. Why is that? Is this a bug, a feature that is in the works or did I forget to activate something?
